     About the Seminar  

This seminar originates from the two meetings that were held in Ishikawa and Celadna in 1990, respectively. These meetings were financially supported by an international collaborative research project between Czech Republic and Japan, and successfully achieved some positive results in the area of about data analysis and decision making under uncertainty. For the great response, the seminars have been organized alternatively in Czech Republic and Japan every year by researchers on stochastic analysis, fuzzy analysis and operations research. We take over purposes of these seminars and organize the 11th seminar first in Tohoku district, eastern Japan. We invite submission of papers concerning information science, operations research, management science, stochastic analysis, fuzzy analysis, mathematical programming, optimization and so on.

     Excursion  

Sendai-Miyagi tour, which requires the extra charge 10,000JPY, is being planned. We will visit "Zuiganji" the national treasure temple and a brewing company of Japanese sake. In the tour, a lunch box and dinner are served.
